"Need some improvements for paid app. I wasn't able to download some of the packs. I purchased all available packs and downloaded some of them without problem, but first 3 of them Valentines Day, Christmas and Halloween after payment insted of downloading displayed message: No connection. No connection to what? I had strong signal and good connection at the time and all other packs downloaded and installed without problem. I tried many times. So how can I get those packs or refund?"
